Moira Rose told me I had to take a thousand naked pictures of myself and send them to the internet…this is as far as I’m willing to go. It’s been a weird year…or three years…or five years. I have no sense of time – or shame! -anymore, but I forgot about these photos of my Vampire Halloween costume. I made the shrug and the skirt out of clearance fabric from Jo Ann…they have it year round…and I wonder what people use it for when it’s not Halloween… anyway, go make a costume and hang out with sweet people like Pat who will also make a costume and cover their mouth with fake blood in public. Be sure to post the photos five months later 🤦🏼♀️❤️💀

I’m going to cut to the chase and tell you that this is the best play I’ve ever seen. Ever in my life. I’ve seen a lot of plays- this is the best one. My dear friend, Kimberly Belflower, wrote it and it made me hate her for five minutes because whoever is doling out the brilliance gave it all to Kimmie. All. It’s been an honor and a privilege to be her friend, to watch her grow and then blossom, and then explode into a true genius who can write so beautifully and gloriously about the female experience, rage, love, sex, pain, joy, and then wrap it all up in hilarious bows and make you believe in magic. John Proctor Is The Villain is playing at Studio Theatre in DC. You GOTTA get there and see it.
