People usually just go to Seminyak and Kuta, which can get really busy and honestly are just so done !! But Uluwatu is a different kind of place – it’s peaceful, calm & adventurous!
Best beaches – Uluwatu has some of the most beautiful beaches in Bali. The sand is soft, the water is clear and it’s perfect for swimming or surfing.
Vibrant Young Atmosphere: Uluwatu feels alive and exciting. It’s great for people who want to have fun and enjoy an energetic atmosphere. Do check out @hatch_bali for Sunday markets & music events !
Less Crowded: Unlike some crowded places, Uluwatu is not packed with too many people. You can enjoy the beauty without too much hustle and bustle. There is zero traffic !
Top Day Beach Clubs: Uluwatu has some really fancy places to relax by the beach during the day. They offer comfortable places to sit and enjoy the ocean view. My favourites are @sundaysbeachclub @palmillabali

Raw untouched beauty: Uluwatu’s natural beauty is still like it was, not much has changed. The cliffs and beaches are really special, just as they are naturally.

Planning a trip to Gili Trawangan? I’ve got some practical travel tips to make your trip easy and fun !
1) Book Your Ferry Early: Get your ferry tickets ahead of time. Try using Ekajaya, a ferry company that’s usually on time and fast.
2) Arrive at the Harbor Early: Get to the harbor 30 minutes before your ferry leaves. This way, you can get a good seat inside and won’t have to sit on the sunny deck.
3) Pack Light: Don’t bring too much stuff. You’ll have to carry your suitcase, and there are no cars on the island. Please avoid using horse carts as the horses are really overworked!
4) Choose your accommodation wisely: When picking a place to stay, consider the east side of the island. It’s more budget-friendly and it’s close to lots of fun things to do. For a quieter time, book on the west side.
