3 key components that are vital :

1. You must firmly support with your left arm a child that likes to move (the side is up to you but I suggest you workout both for greater dexterity). This is great for your balance and core.
2. You must multi-task so as to ensure the food does not burn and the child does not fall.
3. You must angle your body such that you create ample distance between the fire and your child. Failure to do so will result in an argument with your partner.

Next time you are home-alone with your child but are also required to keep everyone alive with home-cooked food, give this workout a try. Or don’t. Just order in.
