Carol Alt Instagram – Last night I went to Patti LaBelle’s 80th birthday party celebration. And started chatting with a gentleman who owned a food product company. He was shocked that I ate raw food. He thought he would never be able to survive. Then he asked me what food I miss. I told him I don’t miss anything because there is a raw cousin to everything. And this recipe just proves it… There are so many toppings you can put on cauliflower popcorn to make it taste great. You can make it oniony or garlicky or salty. You can put Parmesan cheese(because Parmesan Reggiano is unpasteurized so that is raw) The great thing about raw food is your imagination just explodes!!!
