I’d be lying if I said it was easy to make a comeback. 9 months of pregnancy I didn’t get to train first 3-4 months from complication’s, then I was told to go very light in the gym. Then I stopped going to gym at 7.5 months due to pain. I took 2 months of recovery after delivery. Now 4.5 months of working on myself.
