🥑🌶️ Partnering with @wonderfulpistachios to bring you the best guacamole I have made in a long time using the all-new @WonderfulPistachios No Shells Jalapeño Lime. They’re great on their own and can also be used in easy-to-make recipes as the perfect way to spice up your traditional guacamole. Check out the recipe below. Ingredients: ¼ cup Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Jalapeño Lime, chopped 2-3 large ripe Hass avocados 1/4 cup (35 g) minced red onion 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño chile ¼ cup (10 g) chopped fresh cilantro leaves kosher salt to taste 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice, or to taste Directions: 1. Slice the avocados lengthwise around the pit and carefully remove the pit. 2. Using a large spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a large bowl or molcajete. Using the back of a fork, mash the avocado until slightly smooth but still chunky. 3. Mix in the Wonderful Pistachios, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Season with salt and lime juice to taste. I just spent two Glorious Days in the Greater Phoenix Area and visited my great friend @pizzeriabianco and @artegennaro at Pizzeria Bianco Town & Country. We ordered the Handmade Mozarella, and for the pies we ordered: Rosa (Pistachios, Onions, Rosemary), Wise Guy (Fennel Sausage, Smoked House Mozarella, and Onions), and BiancoVerde (Mozarella, Ricotta, Parmigiano, Arugula), oh and the Parpadelle which was so good and so perfect I forgot to get a Before pic! Oh and you can’t skip dessert so we had the Lemon Curd Cheescake 😮💨😮💨😮💨. If you’ve never been you haven’t lived! Trust the Chef!

It’s always my favorite when I get to show off my HomeTown to people not familiar with San Diego. I had the privilege of hosting @jchampion75 a HUGE HGTV Celebrity and @nonprofit_nerd at @52remedies in the Convoy District. My friends @c_common and @pdadpours showed off and Jason wanted to Move in! 🤣 Hands down one of the most underrated bars and experiences in San Diego. 😍😍😍😍 BTW don’t tell Cris I told you but they are rolling out a new Bar Menu soon, which will include @nochelunasotol which I got to try and LOVED! Thanks to @j.ramos_____ for the Sotol Storytelling which rounded out this experience so beautifully. So lucky to live and work with such talented and incredible Humans! Thanks everyone!
