~ Un breve resumen de un fin de semana muy especial para mi ~ Tenia tantas ganas de organizar un curso donde podamos aprender a transitar el miedo a caer o/y la gestión de la incertidumbre. Una herramienta necesaria para disfrutar de la escalada y progresar. Mil gracias a @sputnikclimbing @sputnikformacion y @pablo.santos.perez por acompañarme en esto! Y sobretodo, gracias a los participantes, por la confianza y la buena energía estos días 🙌 Esto suena raro pero fue muy guay verlos caer!! 😬 Las caras sonrientes mientras volaban, felices de soltar y dejar de controlar… la empatía entre ustedes, la complicidad entre escalador/a y asegurador/a. Estoy muy orgullosa. Ahora a seguir practicando! Recuerden las cositas que hablamos 😉 ya saben, a surfear la ola! 🏄🏽♀️ @blackdiamond @scarpa_world @scarpaspain #sacandoalas🦅 ~ A brief summary of a very special weekend for me ~ Since long time I wanted to organize a workshop to learn about the fear of falling. A necessary tool to enjoy climbing and progress… and it happened! Many thanks to @sputnikclimbing @sputnikformacion and @pablo.santos.perez for supporting me in this! And especially, thanks to the participants, for the trust and good energy these days 🙌 This sounds weird but it was really cool to see you all fallin 😬 The smiling faces while flying, the empathy between you guys, the complicity between climber and belayer. I am very proud. Keep training this! Remember the things we talked about 😉 you guys know what to do! 🏄🏽♀️
Es mucho mas fácil fluir escalando si al otro lado de la cuerda hay alguien en la que confías plenamente y que sabe còmo te gusta que te aseguren 🍀 Esta complicidad es muy especial y necesaria para escalar sin distracciones y con menos miedo! (*incluso con todas las chapas girando como en esta via!!) 🙇🏽♀️ Gracias @citro_carlos_logrono_ por ser un compi de lujo en esta via! 🙌 Tenemos que repetir! Y con un fotografo como @bernardo_gimenez cerquita mientra escalas es mucho mas facil todavia 🤗📸 *La polea esta mejorando! Que ganas de escalar bien. It is much easier to flow when you climb if on the other side of the rope there is someone you fully trust and who knows how you like to be belayed 🍀 This complicity is very special and necessary to climb without distractions and less fear! Thanks @citro_carlos_logrono_ to be the perfect partner on this route 🙌 We have to plan something again!
