Tenia tantas ganas de organizar un curso donde podamos aprender a transitar el miedo a caer o/y la gestión de la incertidumbre. Una herramienta necesaria para disfrutar de la escalada y progresar.

Esto suena raro pero fue muy guay verlos caer!! 😬 Las caras sonrientes mientras volaban, felices de soltar y dejar de controlar… la empatía entre ustedes, la complicidad entre escalador/a y asegurador/a. Estoy muy orgullosa.
Ahora a seguir practicando! Recuerden las cositas que hablamos 😉 ya saben, a surfear la ola! 🏄🏽♀️

~ A brief summary of a very special weekend for me ~
Since long time I wanted to organize a workshop to learn about the fear of falling. A necessary tool to enjoy climbing and progress… and it happened!
Many thanks to @sputnikclimbing @sputnikformacion and @pablo.santos.perez for supporting me in this! And especially, thanks to the participants, for the trust and good energy these days 🙌
This sounds weird but it was really cool to see you all fallin 😬 The smiling faces while flying, the empathy between you guys, the complicity between climber and belayer. I am very proud.
