I dont know what it means, in the traditional sense, to be the head of a household and provide for your family while living in a society whose pillars force you to swallow your emotions and puff out your chest because that is considered ‘being a man’. But I do know that being raised by and being a partner to men who have and are actively trying to break that traditional mold by being more open and honest about their feelings and present with their families is an incredible blessing.
