This video is a compilation of dance routines from the PAST 3 MONTHS.
Keep in mind, I had THREE surgeries last summer – (2 of which were on my 🦶🦶FEET) scroll through my feed, if you missed it.
It always makes me smile, but if you look closely and watch til the end, you can see dance’s positive effect on the body as well.
A little bit leaner- a little bit stronger. 💪👊👊
This post is just a little encouragement for anyone who might need it- to get moving.
You’re not too old.
