I told @nico_oconnor , that his choreography ALWAYS challenges me and my BRAIN. 🧠😵💫
It’s comical at this point.
But for me, it is just so gosh darn gratifying when I remember (or ALMOST remember) all of his steps and arm movements.
And then to make it all flow?
Not easy.
But I try.
Some days I get it.
Most days I don’t. 🤷♀️😂
But I try.
I share with you – my attempts-
And just want to encourage you to do the same.
Whether it’s dancing –
or some other challenge.
As long as you’re moving –
Challenging yourself-
And helping your body and brain feel good.

At 55, (or any age) I’ll take strength,
LESS aches and pains-
And more energy ANY day of the week.
We only get one life.
Get the most out of it.
