I had so many questions before trying plant medicine for the first time last year at Rythmia and I honestly loved listening to Dr. Jeff because he put my overthinking mind at ease with all his knowledge.
Plus I absolutely love that he brings his background in psychology and teaches us about the human experience and how we can grow/move on/ heal with the help of plant medicine.
