Happy Saturday! I’ve not had much time for pottery (or social media) lately, and it’s taken me ages to finish a kiln load. Then it’s all been a bit disappointing. I had high hopes for this flower brick, but I can’t have wiped the feet properly after glazing because a couple of the feet chipped. Not drastically. It still stands fine and I ground it down, but it isn’t perfect. I have to decide whether to keep it or sell as a second. Do excuse my flower arranging. It’s definitely NOT in my skill set unlike my good friend @laylarobinsondesign who is a flower master. I’m more of a shove them in type! In the meantime I had a lovely message and photo from Marie in Adelaide of her beautiful daughter who loves my book Blue Chameleon, and will only sleep on the white page.
