Felicity Palmateer Instagram – The last few days have been an absolute roller coaster! 2nd place in the @cbdmd.usa Jaws @wslbigwave Championship! There has been a lot of hard work, dedication and help that has gone into making these last few days possible. This trip to Maui was about not sitting in that comfortable place but directing my life to a place where I needed to push myself, pushing myself to be vulnerable and uncomfortable and knowing that if I trusted in myself and my instincts that I would make the right decisions and realise that everything I needed was already inside me. Overall I’m really happy with my performance yesterday – just needed one more wave in that final! Congrats @paigealms on your win and to all the girls and guys – that was some of the best big wave surfing that I’ve ever seen! Thank you to everyone that has been so supportive and sending me messages – sorry if I haven’t replied to you yet!
