Frankie Ward Instagram – Made an orange and olive oil bundt cake – another @bbcgoodfood recipe. The original calls for blood oranges, but Aldi didn’t deliver. Glaze is orange and white chocolate.
This reel is an important lesson in allowing your cake to cool before trying to free it from the tin… we had a guest over and no time. The result was very messy looking, but absolutely delicious so I’d make it again in future.
I’m also so used to my Kitchen Aid so using a hand whisk for TEN MINUTES, albeit an electric one, was so alien to me I handed it to @lacetagram to do so I could start zesting more oranges… | Posted on 27/Aug/2023 19:48:50
