Keep in mind, frozen foods are items I wouldn’t personally keep in hand in my freezer, nor would I make them a usual part of my nutrition. As a one-off, if you’re traveling or in a pinch, that’s when I would use these.

The sodium content in the Atkins frozen dinner was through the roof. Higher amounts of sodium will lead to bloating and water retention AND additional hunger cravings per a 2017 study (reference below).
