While all of these foods are generally considered “healthy” by most people, the fact is there’s saturated fats and carbs together in higher quantities in most of these selections.
–
When carbs and saturated fats are combined in higher quantities, it increases our bad cholesterol (LDL) and leads to plaque in the arteries.
–
Choosing an option that has either carbs & low fats OR ultra low carbs & higher fats (keto where your body will burn those fats), and always protein, will help keep LDL cholesterol low ☺️

In 2018, Stanford proved that if you burn fewer calories that you ingest, you drop pounds – end of story. It doesn’t matter what you eat.
