While the Thunderbird bar wasn’t by request, it caught my eye and turned out to be a healthy option for a snack. 
–
It had very little protein though, so pairing it with heard boiled eggs, meat, or other protein source will be important.
–
The Kirkland Signature protein bars also turned out to be a good choice. They were higher in protein and all of the ingredients surprisingly checked out!

People always ask how to figure out the total amount of calories their bodies use in a single day. Why? Because, like Stanford showed in 2018, it doesn’t matter WHAT you eat, if you’re in a deficit, you’ll lose pounds. BUT – WHAT you eat within that deficit determines if you lose body fat or muscle, if you’re starving all the time or if you’re full and satiated, your energy levels, AND the quality of your overall health.

This is perhaps the most important measurement when it comes to tracking your physique progress. All of your macros will be calculated based on the total number of calories that you are currently burning in a single day.
