Gabby Logan Instagram – AD – Often I work at the weekends, that’s when the sport happens, but if I am not I try to make sure there’s a bit of chill out time and top up all the little things that make a big difference to my energy for the next week. Having a bit more time to look after myself and that includes my hair.
