Gold always looked good on me. Throwback from 2015.
Thank you @mya_malek for the love and support. Also thank you for trusting me into guiding you through your wrestling journey. You know I’m always a little message away. I love you and I’m very proud of you. ❤️ Reposted from @mya_malek This Victoria Day, heres to @woundedowllufisto LuFisto has done so much for womens wrestling and professional wrestling. I am so lucky I am learning from her and getting to know her. She fights for what’s right and to this day is a seven-time hall of fame inductee. She is one of the toughest wrestlers to ever step foot in a ring, giving her the name “the first lady of hardcore”. Please see the link below to help support her upcoming surgeries that are incredibly needed 💜https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-gens-journey-to-recovery . #prowrestling #wrestling #womenswrestling #lufisto #gengoulet #wws #gofundme #fundraiser #montreal #laval ##ladiesofwrestling #luchadora #quebec #professionalwrestling #womenswrestlingsyndicate #Monday #victoriaday #longweekend #thankyou
NEW GOFUNDME – CANADIAN VERSION *** Link in description*** At the initiative of my good friend Benjamin Kimera, a GoFundMe was opened to help me cover the very high fees of getting surgery for lipedema. Since this campaign was American, the process was getting a little too complicated and overwhelming with everything else we have to deal with. I had to transfer the money to one of my cousins who lives in Florida, for her to transfer me the money so I could then deposit the amount into the account where my mom and I took a loan to pay for the first surgery since it was urgent. Also, many friends, colleagues and family requested to have access to a French version of the platform so with this Canadian version, this is now a possibility. I want to thank Ben from the bottom of my heart for his help but also for his support in not being ashamed to ask for help when needed. I just went through my first surgery on May 30 and the second one is scheduled for August 20. Again, thank you to all of you who donated. Because of you, I was able to cover the transport, lodging, food and deposit of the first surgery. Now, we look towards the second one as I’m recovering. If GoFundMe isn’t your thing, I still have plenty of collector’s items for sale on my website lufisto.com. Thank you. Gen Goulet LuFisto
I leave for Tampa, Florida for my first surgery this upcoming Tuesday…. And I believe Axelle wants to come with me. 🥰 I wish she could. ❤️
Early morning, relaxing after a killer @womenswrestlingsyndicate show with Axelle. ❤️
I’m selling gear to cover the surgery I already had and the one I have scheduled for August 20 in Tampa, FL. I had a few great offers for those but no one actually went through with them. I’d like to cover at least their costs and then some to make money with them. Make a good offer, we had shipping and it’s yours! I’ll add some goodies too! Thank you! ❤️ LuFisto 😘

Shout out to our American fans, Ilanna and Tyson from Lisbon Falls in Maine, who rocked the new Women’s Wrestling Syndicate t-shirt during a show last night! Get yours today at our show! See you guys soon!!
My name is Gen Goulet from Sorel, Quebec, Canada and I just had my first surgery for Lipedema. I now have over 40,000.00$ in debts because my country of Canada doesn’t recognize my illness as one… And I need another surgery in August. At 44, I went from being a very active professional wrestler who was training 5-6 days a week to barely being able to walk within months. Manual lymphatic drainage, wrapping and bandaging, compression garments and pressotherapy all can help living comfortably with the disease… But most of these are also not covered. There also comes a point where surgery is the only option left, which is my case. Lipedema IS NOT obesity. It is lightly known but heavily felt. It is painful and destroys all quality of life. It is resistant to nutritional intervention, exercise, elevation, diuretics, and bariatric surgery. It can lead a very healthy woman to the wheelchair. Our healthcare system is not the best but it’s always been reliable in taking care of you when you need it, without sending you an horrendous bill after. Well, we pay a good chunk of it on our taxes so why can’t we get the help we need? There is no mandated formal training for lipedema as part of the standard medical curriculum, which places both clinicians and patients at a significant disadvantage regarding the diagnosis and management of this disease. It is estimated to affect 11% of individuals assigned female at birth (AFAB). This is simply unacceptable. Please share so that Prime Minister @justinpjtrudeau can witness the physical, mental and financial stress this ILLNESS brings to the female citizens of Canada. Merci. Thank you. 🙏 PS: Since 2019, Lipedema has been recognized by the WHO (World Health Organization). 🙄

Finally got my hands on this 1975 magazine. When it comes to women of Quebec Wrestling, we hear a lot about Vivian Vachon, but there was also Lise Raymond. ❤️ I was lucky enough to meet her. As always, I regret that I have no pictures with her.
