Gurbani Judge Instagram – Boy Parts by Eliza Clark
Loved this book. Strange, toxic, beautiful, catharsis.
POV: you’ve got issues and as an artist you’re creating, expressing and maybe working through your issues.. but then realize you may not have as good of a hold on them as you thought…
Green Dot by Madeleine Gray
Marketed as, ‘a book for fans of Sally Rooney’, it didn’t disappoint! There can be only one S.R and this one doesn’t go as over the edge and under your skin as her characters do but it’s never fair to compare so enough of that.
Some truly poetic lines, stunning turn of phrases.
It kept me turning pages, at one point I was – I’m sure – yelling out my frustration in unison with other readers of the book, lol.
(Worst cover art?).
Too Late in The Day by Claire Keegan
Short & bittersweet. As is with smaller books they oft leave me wanting more.
Good to get you out of a reading slump.
Best cover art by far.

Piranesi By Suzanna Clark.
A highly regarded book. Cover art as beautiful as the book?!
I’m halfway through it. Will keep you posted.
Maybe You Should Talk To Someone by Lori Gottlieb.
UGH. I love this book. Perhaps you can tell by how much I have annotated it 😂🫠 I’ve been taking my time with this book, so much psychology in it that’s so relevant. She’s left keys on every page to help unlock something (for me at-least). If you’ve been a Yalom fan, or just a fan of psychology and pov stories, with a healthy serving of introspection- this is the book for ya. 10/10 recco and I haven’t even finished it yet!
