I can’t tell you how happy I am to have my @odin_icebaths . There are so many benefits from hot and cold water therapy and I truly do feel a difference in my body. It’s not only meant for recovery from physical activity but also can have its benefits in boosting your mood, improving your sleep, and more. No lie, it’s definitely a challenge getting in but there’s a feeling of accomplishment every time I get out. And that feeling after getting out… Whatever the endorphins are doing… I love it!😁 I can set them to the exact temp I choose. I usually keep mine around 45 Fahrenheit (7 Celsius). However, these particular baths can keep your temp cold enough that it creates its own ice so I can adjust the temperature anytime I please. A little side note, I have raynaud’s in my fingers and toes so wearing booties makes it more doable for me. My friends call me a wimp but that’s ok;) Trust me the toes still get cold enough 😉

Anyone who knows me knows I’ve always wanted my own peach tree. Peaches are by far my favorite fruit IF it’s picked right from a tree. I definitely need to do some research as there were so many that started to grow but stopped. I’m sure I need to do some pruning and give the tree some nutrients etc. However, the peaches that did make it are so super sweet and delicious! I’m excited to see how next year goes but for now I’ll probably be eating 10 a day. 😁
