I cover it all:-) Mostly I talk about letting yourself feel it all, as humans we define everything as good or bad, but the truth is in the Universe it just IS. God wants to experience Himself/Herself through us and wants to experience it all. Finding beauty in pain and surrendering to it when life requires us to do so will make us move past it faster with great ease, aliveness and yes…appreciation. Feeling everything in the body fully and then letting it go also allows the energy to move through us without getting us sick now or in the future. On April 23rd my best friend a furry baby transitioned into heaven…Words can’t describe the pain and sadness that I feel. My heart feels broken… So many of you loved him and cheered our very unusual adoption love story and prayed for him when he got sick, so I’m sharing this video, in case you miss him (I have 1000s of vids and pix of him, it was impossible to edit this without crying every second 💔) In case you don’t know, Keanu got a pneumonia at the end of March. He was tested for everything, put on various antibiotics, including “big gun” antibiotics, but nothing was working to kill the bacteria. He was hospitalized 3 times in different hospitals, I consulted many specialists and tried everything. Despite this, I watched my baby wither away, not being able to eat, coughing up blood and struggling to breathe. The worst two weeks of my life, as I was going crazy trying to save his life. At the end, I was told there was nothing more that could be done, that these antibiotics “should have worked”… but they didn’t for some crazy reason. We both fought super, but it became clear his soul wanted to be free. He must’ve completed his mission with me here and was ready to ascend. They say the last most loving thing you can do for your pet when they are suffering is to let them go. I took him out of the hospital so he could be with me and have his last memories be peace and quiet in my arms while I kissed him. He went very peacefully surrounded by my Love and God’s Light, no longer in pain. There is so much to unpack following his unexpected departure, which I will share later. Thank you to my incredible mom and my amazing friends who are helping me get through this insanely painful time. You’re not letting me fall into the darkness and I will never forget this. There are lots of friends who want to hang out and laugh, not many who want to sit there while you sob. I appreciate every call, text and shoulder that I’ve cried on and the time, energy and resources some of you shared with me to help me while I fought for his life. Times like this allow for the true gems in your life to emerge if you allow yourself to lean on them.❤️
We shot this video a little while ago, but wanted to share it as a thank you for all the prayers and love you’ve been sending for Keanu! 🫂🥰 He got a severe case of pneumonia and I had to rush him to the ER because he had trouble breathing. He’s in and out of the hospital 😞 Lots of cuddles, belly and ear scratches, delicious bones and Peekaboos for now:-) If you have a doggie or a cat try this peekaboo challenge and let me know if they like it as much as Keanu does 😀 Life is all about these precious moments that we often don’t pay attention to. Sometimes I get all glammed up 🤣🙌 This was a cover shoot for a magazine that literally shut down right before my cover was supposed to come out 🤦🏼♀️ it’s actually unbelievable how many little and big heart breaks I’ve had in my career (this was a tiny one, more of an annoyance of the time wasted 😆) but if this industry was easy everyone would be in it, because when things do hit, it’s amazing to be a part of something so big and influential. But in order to experience those you need to go through countless “almost booked it” scenarios, a few “sorry the budget was cut in half so we had to delete your story line” scenarios, at least one experience of having your scenes deleted (and the studio not telling you that, so you keep promoting the film and show up to the premiere like an idiot 😂) and occasional firing because your look doesn’t go well with the actress they recast opposite you. But you keep going, because as an artist it’s your job to share your gifts with the world and if you do keep working and getting close, that means there’s something there that needs to be expressed on a larger scale. God didn’t put this desire in you unless there was a way for you to fulfill it. If you’re still reading this, this is your sign. When in Poland I take care of my body by going out into the snow and getting nourishing and firming treatments @klinikamiracki but in LA…I gotta do cryotherapy chamber 😝🙌😂 which is not only amazing for your health (crazy immunity booster) and your ability to control your mind by intentionally calming yourself down, but also… well your body’s “tightness”. One of the most beautiful experiences during my Amazon journey. Sisterhood… It’s so strange how the world is trying to separate us, make us alone in our pain and in our rawness, how it encourages comparison and competition and discourages compassion and adoration for one another. As women we are taught to criticize our bodies and faces and be tough, like men. We are somehow never enough… No, there is so much power in our femininity, in us coming together, celebrating and supporting each other in this sometimes awful world. So tell your sisters today how beautiful they are in their raw, imperfect form, in their vulnerability and their sorrow, complement them and complement them often, support them on their journey and tell them they are not alone. So much power in us coming together, while bowing to (as supposed to condemning) the beautiful masculine in men that we in fact love so much. Yes, it feels uncomfortable at first to be unclothed and face each other to share your pain and offer words of encouragement, but you quickly drop into the feeling that it’s absolutely beautiful to see and be seen in your purest form and you get swept away by out of this world frequency that you now all share. Fun fact 🫣 The two of us got bit so hard like super deep in our “peach palaces” by SOMETHING during this ceremony (I was convinced it was a little fish, but I was told that fish don’t jump this high 🤣) and the laughter added to this magical experience in the river that took away all of our insecurities. Thank you to my sisters Heidi, Anthya and Angela for letting me share this beautiful moment on here and to our elder Fanny for leading this plant bath ceremony and of course to the beautiful angel Mars for her music, words and wisdom day to day, our sisterhood will only grow stronger and expand. I had the most incredible birthday last week in the jungle in Colombia! It started with the most profound Yage ceremony journey that lasted for me for nearly 17hrs! (this was the plant’s birthday gift for me😂🙌) during which I experienced the most amazing breakthroughs. The day that followed was filled with so much beauty, laughter and love! Swipe right for more gems! ❤️ My Babcia transitioned Iast weekend in her sleep… she was 95 and was painting up until her last day (a talent that she discovered in the last year of her life!) Words can’t describe how much we will miss her protection with all the prayers and her incredible sense of humor! We got to shoot some funny vids when I was recovering from my feet surgeries, as she was always up for anything. She always had the best punchlines! She got her first computer at 90 years old and always found her way in this modern world, praying for us with all of her heart. She has been ready to reunite with her husband (my grandpa) for a while and kept joking that God must have forgotten about her 🤣 We are all super sad that she’s gone, but also happy for her to be with him and finally God, as she wanted it so much. Please say a prayer that her journey out there is smooth and beautiful. We will be celebrating her life this Saturday in Sulejówek and next week in Kraków:-) She has always been an angel, now she will get a proper set of wings to fly…. 😇❤️🌈 Odeszła moja babcia w zeszły weekend… śpiąc słodko. Miała 95 lat i malowała aż do ostatniego dnia (talent, który odkryła w ostatnim roku życia!). Słowa nie są w stanie opisać, jak bardzo będzie nam brakować jej opieki przy wszystkich modlitwą i jej niesamowitego poczucia humoru! Kiedy wracałam do zdrowia po operacjach stóp, nakręciliśmy kilka śmiesznych filmów, bo ona zawsze była gotowa na wszystko. Swój pierwszy komputer dostała w wieku 90 lat i zawsze odnajdywała się we współczesnym świecie, modląc się za nas całym sercem. Od już jakiegoś czasu była gotowa być ze swoim mężem (moim dziadkiem) i ciągle żartowała, że Bóg musiał o niej zapomnieć 🤣 Wszyscy jesteśmy bardzo smutni, że jej nie ma, ale też szczęśliwi, że jest z nim i w końcu z Bogiem, bo bardzo tego chciała. Proszę, pomódlcie się, aby jej podróż tam przebiegła gładko i pięknie. Jej życie będziemy świętować w najbliższą sobotę w Sulejówku i za tydzień w Krakowie:-) Zawsze była aniołem, teraz dostanie odpowiedni zestaw skrzydeł, by móc latać…. 😇❤️ #ripgrandma #babcia #gradmasarethebest #babciesąnajlepsze

Miała 95 lat i malowała aż do ostatniego dnia (talent, który odkryła w ostatnim roku życia!). Słowa nie są w stanie opisać, jak bardzo będzie nam brakować jej opieki przy wszystkich modlitwą i jej niesamowitego poczucia humoru! Kiedy wracałam do zdrowia po operacjach stóp, nakręciliśmy kilka śmiesznych filmów, bo ona zawsze była gotowa na wszystko. Swój pierwszy komputer dostała w wieku 90 lat i zawsze odnajdywała się we współczesnym świecie, modląc się za nas całym sercem. Od już jakiegoś czasu była gotowa być ze swoim mężem (moim dziadkiem) i ciągle żartowała, że Bóg musiał o niej zapomnieć 🤣 Wszyscy jesteśmy bardzo smutni, że jej nie ma, ale też szczęśliwi, że jest z nim i w końcu z Bogiem, bo bardzo tego chciała. Proszę, pomódlcie się, aby jej podróż tam przebiegła gładko i pięknie. Jej życie będziemy świętować w najbliższą sobotę w Sulejówku i za tydzień w Krakowie:-) Zawsze była aniołem, teraz dostanie odpowiedni zestaw skrzydeł, by móc latać…. 😇❤️ #ripgrandma #babcia #gradmasarethebest #babciesąnajlepsze
Swipe right for more gems! ❤️ My Babcia transitioned Iast weekend in her sleep… she was 95 and was painting up until her last day (a talent that she discovered in the last year of her life!) Words can’t describe how much we will miss her protection with all the prayers and her incredible sense of humor! We got to shoot some funny vids when I was recovering from my feet surgeries, as she was always up for anything. She always had the best punchlines! She got her first computer at 90 years old and always found her way in this modern world, praying for us with all of her heart. She has been ready to reunite with her husband (my grandpa) for a while and kept joking that God must have forgotten about her 🤣 We are all super sad that she’s gone, but also happy for her to be with him and finally God, as she wanted it so much. Please say a prayer that her journey out there is smooth and beautiful. We will be celebrating her life this Saturday in Sulejówek and next week in Kraków:-) She has always been an angel, now she will get a proper set of wings to fly…. 😇❤️🌈 Odeszła moja babcia w zeszły weekend… śpiąc słodko.
