Jade Mead Instagram – Balancing motherhood and personal health can be a juggle, but it’s entirely possible to start a fitness journey, even amidst the chaos of busy mum life. Remember, the goal is progress, not perfection.

For me, the game changer was setting achievable, realistic goals. Instead of overwhelming myself with intense and long routines, I started with simple activities that could seamlessly blend into my daily life with my kids.

Fitness goals I recommend for busy mums:
🌸 Start with short 10-15 minute workouts. These can be simple exercises like walking, yoga, or a quick dance session with your kids (Marli loves dance mode!) 💃
🌸 Focus on consistency rather than intensity. It’s better to exercise a little every day than to push hard once a week or fortnight.
🌸 Set goals that make you feel good, not just ones that look good. This could mean aiming for improved energy levels, better mood, or more restful sleep.
