Jenni Falconer Instagram – I have an ability in making simple things look really hard. 😜

All you need to do is lower yourself down on one leg, tap the ground with your foot and then use your supporting leg to life yourself back up again. I swear it’s harder than it looks.
It’s also a really simple exercise which is brilliant for building legs, bum and core strength.

Try it. I did 4 sets of 8 on each side.

According to @michaelgornall, it gets easier the more you do them….. and it’s brilliant for runners wanting to strengthen their legs.
