Kate rocking it in her white suit, Emily exquisite as ever, me in my own world (wherever that is). A group of us had been flown over to the Cannes Film festival to represent British talent. Reminded me of when I went for my costume fitting for Netflix’s ‘One Day’. My picture was on mood board for 90s looks for the character of Sylvie played by fabulous Eleanor Tomlinson – before I was cast as her mother. Came upon this the other day with the never ending office clear, and it just seems so joyful and so SUMMER. I loved making that film, thank you Ben -always. Hugh a total blast to work with for 2nd time . We had to do love scenes together , a 1st for him. Watching Nadal this week….20 years of these 2 entertaining us. By incredible luck I got to be there for the famous 08’ Wimbledon final between Federer and Nadal. It lasted all day long with rain breaks, and by the time Rafa won in the 5th set it was almost dark. So moving this week seeing Swiatek, Alcaraz, Djokovic sitting in the stands for Nadal’s ( most likely) farewell to Roland Garros. Respect.
