Joely Richardson Instagram – Rhubarb: Picked, cleaned, cooked( nod to @jbenhickey ).I was looking for a soundtrack for this- so many songs about rhubarb believe it or not. Most weirdly too depressing or cute-1 good ish French song called ‘le voleur de rhubarbe’ ( the rhubarb thief translation ) but no mention of the word itself. Hugely gratifying to pick and cook. Crumble I made did not have strawberries in it- just rinsing them.
