After and before.
Am I going to keep posting photos from Valentines Day at the #Bridgerton Fan event? Probably!

😆😆😆
I don’t get to just hang out with the #Bridgerton actors very often, but last time I was in NYC @adjoa.andoh and I had a six-coffee breakfast (four for her, two for me) and it was the BEST.
Photo from a few weeks prior to our caffeine-fest, at the Bridgerton global fan event in London.

You can now order the Bridgerton Collector’s Editions AUTOGRAPHED! The ordering links have been posted on the University Book Store website. Please note that if you order all four volumes they will ship together in September.
Oh yeah, and the ordering links for the Romancing Mister Bridgerton Netflix tie-in editions are also up! The cover (featuring @nicolacoughlan and @lukenewtonuk) hasn’t been released to the public yet, but I’ve seen it, and it’s everything #Polin fans will want. ❤️

Why, yes, this IS a ten foot high Diamond of the Season #Bridgerton candle from @bathandbodyworks in NYC.
Note: I dispatched trusted emissaries to investigate, and they reported that the entire area smelled delightful!
Hip Hip Hooray!!!!

My favorite photo from the @indelight event in NYC last month. The flowers were BEYOND, and I finally had a chance to wear my #Bridgerton shoes from @malonesouliers!

What am I reading? I’m glad you asked! I’ve got three very different recommendations for you this time—
First, The Berlin Letters by @katherinereay. I’ve always been fascinated by the Berlin Wall, and this novel, which is part historical fiction and part spy novel, delivers on every level.
Second, The Love Remedy by @elizabetheverettauthor. I called this one “beautiful and important,” and I mean that 100%. It’s a gorgeous historical romance about a working class heroine—she’s an accomplished apothecary! It delves into the issue of reproductive rights—not something we often see in historical romance, but sadly something that is at the forefront of today’s news. Brava to Elizabeth for taking on this issue and weaving it seamlessly in a highly entertaining romance.
Finally, A Love Song for Ricki Wilde by @tiawilliamswrites. This is the first book I’ve read by Tia, but it won’t be the last! Ricki is just the most delightful main character—I want her to be my best friend. And Ezra, the hero… SWOON. This is a genre-bending book—a bit of romance, a splash of magical realism… I loved every word, and I bet you will, too!

I spoke at the Orange County (CA) Public Library last week, talking about Bridgerton, my career, and sadly, the proliferation of book bans and book challenges in the United States.
There is no doubt: the majority of Americans do NOT support book banning, but the ones who do are loud. We need to be louder. This means showing up at school board meetings, at library board meetings, and most of all, at the ballot box.
I am currently the National Ambassador for @_everylibrary_ and I couldn’t be prouder of the work they do to protect our right to read freely. For 2024, I am donating all of my library speaking fees to EveryLibrary. Please consider joining me in this fight by signing my petition (link in bio.)
