It all begun 3 years ago! . . . I am super proud of my journey for the past 3 years. It’s my story to tell, and I’d like to share it and most importantly about the people who had my back and push past my limits. One thing which challenged me is “gym”. I am NOT athletic. I’m not really a “gym person”. Being an aspirant of Miss India, my physically appearance has always hindered my confidence. It always made people question ” how can a person with 83kgs be into the field, where appearance is the top most priority?” It always felt weird to hear someone else’s thoughts on my weight. All as a medical student I knew and thought was to reduce my weight and stay in healthy range of BMI. I was lost , helpless and unprepared. I entered the gym with only ray of hope and deciding to work hard. The real struggle began.I’m still working for betterment, I’m proud to say, it wouldn’t have happened if this person didn’t challenge me , didn’t yell at me, didn’t believe in me, didn’t push my limits by saying ‘consistency will work wonders’. I take pride in talking about this amazing trainer @gautamm_koppisetti .One can’t thank you enough for the kind of encouragement and support you give. Because I personally believe a best trainer is not the one who has the ultimate knowledge , it’s the one who can motivate people and make them believe that they can also be fit and look fab, by not giving up. Best trainer is the one who makes sure that his or her client is not giving up. And that credit goes to you, thank you @satishparyada for the constant guidance and support you have shown towards me. I feel more powerful, confident and most importantly i’m not scared of the future challenges I will face in this process of improvement. @sami.xform thank you for the valuable time you have spent on me, everyday and for making me fell comfortable. kudo’s to you all.You all made me understand how important it is to make fitness a part of life.I feel super proud that I took a helpless time of my life and started this healthy habit. Alright tumpak sewu is the scariest waterfalls I have trekked down! Holding ropes and walked on the water(WHAT THE FUCK!) And generally people avoid going to Goa tetes caves and waterfall, because there’s no rail or track, we have to climb on our own risk. And I trusted my guide, he is phenomenal. And then I jumped into the water body created by Goa tetes waterfalls. That was an amazing experience.
