Before Quarter, there was MONDAYS. A few years ago, I wrote and starred in the web series, MONDAYS. @arnonmanor directed and produced, and we had so much fun creating it together. It was based on a lot of awkward and embarrassing situations I was going through in my twenties. As a writer and actor, I got to experiment with different types of comedy, characters, high concepts, and I learned so much. We made about 25 episodes, and the web series has received over 12 million views 👀
I also got to work with a lot of talented actors… @heyclaytron who played Ethan Craft in Lizzie McGuire played my boyfriend (I highly recommend casting your childhood crush as your love interest), @officialkjb (a Halloweentown icon) played my future self, and @heatherrelizabethh played my life coach (true story: at one point, I actually did hire a life coach in LA, which I do not recommend…)
Making MONDAYS was an amazing experience, and it was a big inspiration for @quartermovie – which I can’t wait to share more about soon, but in the meantime, #watchmondays | Posted on 28/May/2024 22:14:15
