Kristen Bell Instagram – I was in @reeferthemusical with @uscanuk off broadway when I was 21 years old. Our theater was below 14th st, and we were in Tech when the twin towers fell. This cast and crew held each other close and has ever since. In 2002 my reefer family convinced me to move to Los Angeles. I lived with Kevin Murphy(writer), spent all day at Andy Fickman’s (@herrdirektor) office, while Dan Studney (writer) sublet my NYC apt. In 2004 we made a movie musical. Both were some of the funnest times I’ve ever had. All these denizens were my first LA family. They taught me I was funny, and encouraged me to keep it up. They made it possible for me to begin my career. And I wouldn’t have met my @daxshepard, or had my kids without their nudge to move. I will be forever grateful to them all and am honored to be helping produce the revival back in its birthplace, Los Angeles. @reeferthemusical starts May 30th- don’t miss it. I’m sure glad I didn’t.
