The album will be released March 8 and takes fans back to the early Celtic folk roots of her long and illustrious career.
The new album features 10 songs, including many Celtic favourites that have remained unrecorded by Loreena until now. The Road Back Home was recorded during the summer of 2023 during her performances at four folk festivals in Ontario. The creative bursts of energy and inspired spontaneity characteristic of the folk circuit are in full bloom on this album.
