What’s your favourite part of our chat with @tianapenitani ?
Creating a documentary is not something you do everyday and premiering it at a festival in France, in a rugby stadium with your mum & dad beside you, is definitely not something you ever imagine is possible through the journey. This film started as a way to tell some of Dad’s story and a love letter to the game that raised me, rugby league. It’s evolved into something so much bigger and I couldn’t be prouder. There’s so much to say about what I’ve just experienced and still a journey ahead as we bring Skin In The Game to screens at home, but for now I just want to express my absolute gratitude and love for the women who made this possible. Laurie, Georgia & @southernpicsaus , Marissa & @nitv_au , Aurelie, Judy & @sunnysidedoc – thank you for believing in this and me! What a firecracker start to Skin In The Game being in the world, this is just the beginning 🤍🤍🤍
