I use to have a rigid morning routine with a checklist so long I would feel bad about myself if I didn’t accomplish everything on it. Dancing is pure medicine. Last weekend, we set our alarms, waking up at 4 am to drive on our moped for 40 minutes in the humid Thai air, hopping onto a long-tail boat, circling the side of the island, reaching a secluded beach and joining a dance party to catch the sunrise.
