Morning routines such as journalling, meditating, exercise etc are there to make you feel good and set you up for the day, not to overwhelm you.
Now I just choose a handful of things that I know are good for me (exercise always features) and trust myself to change it up intuitively – listening to my body, my cycle, my emotions and what I truly need and desire for myself and the day.
