🌿🤎 Brown Butter Rosemary Cookies 🧈🍪🫶🏻 Baking video with the first take of my VO lol 🥹🙈 A lot of you guys tell me you’re not adept at baking, but the truth is no one is perfect. The more practice you have, the better you will be! Clearly – I’m rusty too :p we practice forgiveness here 😗🫂 3/4 cup of butter (or 180g) 1 whole sprig of rosemary 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 whole egg 1 egg yolk 1 tbs vanilla 1tbs homemade coffee flavour (1tbs instant coffee melted in 1tbs hot water) Brown your butter until it smells nutty and becomes golden. Add your rosemary off the heat and leave to cool for at least 1hr. After cooling, add in your sugars and eggs. 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt Cinnamon (optional) 100g chocolate chips ( extra for the tops!) Combine wet and dry ingredients and freeze for min 1hr, roll into big balls and bake at 180deg for ~10min. Enjoy! Recipe adapted from the amazing Bromo Bakery
