🚨 Rents have gone up by a record 9.2% in a year – far more than wages. A shocking 40% of private renters who move do it because they’re forced to by a rent hike or eviction. A stable place to live shouldn’t be a luxury. Ban no-fault evictions now and bring in rent controls.

The Football Governance Bill is a step in the right direction, but we should go further. Fans must have a real say over the management of clubs. At the very least, this should mean fan representatives on club boards. But to give supporters genuine control, we need a German-style 50 1 model, in which fans and not external investors hold the majority of voting rights.
