Ruby Chase O’Neil Instagram – It was truly an honor to be a part of the Texas Eclipse Festival in such an intentional way. I was part of the Unify ceremony which took place during the total solar eclipse. Before the ceremony began, the sky was cloudy, covering the sun. We opened the ceremony in prayer and the clouds parted, revealing the sun. We led everyone through a beautiful meditation, connecting with the elements, the moon, and the sun. There were various vocalists and instrumentalists accompanying the meditation with live music. I was among the temple dancers who were embodying this prayer with intentional movements and gestures that we created. During the meditation, we connected to the collective heart, infused the prayers of the collective heart into water, then poured the water over hot stones, creating steam that represented the collective prayers evaporating into the heavens. During totality, we sat in silence, many weeping from the beauty. After totality, we dance together in celebration and truly embodied a heaven on Earth frequency.
