Sadie Frost Instagram – It was so wonderful to be part of the @deepakchopra #longevity retreat @lakes_byyoo -with me teaching yoga to such a wonderful group of people … it was such an honour to teach -my journey with yoga has been the most consistant thing in my life always evolving and guiding me through life’s ups and downs – my TT with @jivamuktiyoga & studies within the whole 8 limbs of yoga #patanjali and indian philosophy including #bhagavadgita is continually stimulating and awakening bringing much joy and calm – in a world where there is so much chaos and suffering-and people so wrapped up in them selves or negative things -this is a solution/ anecdote to all of it- with my work being sometimes so intense -to have this practice by my side- whether in life in general or work in whatever capacity: it keeps me sane and grounded .. there’s 💯happiness ahead and a lovely birthday week planned embracing beautiful things in my life ..some shout outs and gratitude for people who have been truelly kind and loving @matt_nash_yogi for supporting me so much- @emmajiva for being a huge inspiration and perfect mentor ( see you later) @jivamuktiyoga (for being so right) @lovesupremeprojects for best space in london @giannisarracino for showing me the light..
