Sandra Lee Instagram – Versailles was spectacular, the ball is known as the Fetes Gallant – most Glorious event of the entire year. My invitation, a small group of us were able to visit all the Private rooms and areas in the palace. We were invited into the bedrooms and the parlors, the dining rooms, sitting rooms, game rooms, and even the Majestic theater. We were able to view authentic dresses and even dance in the hall of mirrors which I called the Hall of chandeliers because I love them so much.
It was A incredible, words fail to describe. Every Gown and hairpiece better than the next. Even an exact replica of Louis the 14th attire when he made his appearance as the sun king. The entry Courtyard was such fun and the back gardens glorious.
Tomorrow, I’m off to the antique market and then tomorrow night the Royal Opera for the final performance of the Ballet—-Giselle! Wowowowow! “THESE ARE THE MOMENTS”.
