Cucumber sushi rolls 🍣
Ah man, cleaning the cucumber with the scrub daddy 😆🤦🏽♀️
I had to try this viral recipe, hey getting more veggies in!
I made it with teriyaki shrimp, use whichever protein, little bit of rice, cream cheese, some sriracha/mayo sauce…and then roll! It’s a bit tricky. Make sure pat dry the cucumbers throughly.
Also when rolling the pizza dough make it thin then cut the edges to create a rectangle
It’s actually really good! Whoever created this trend👍🏽

Pizza roses 🍕
Hey food is my love language 😊
With valentines around the corner – instead of flowers you can’t eat – make these 😂
So, I got one of the pizza crust sheets from the doughboy
Some pizza sauce
Thin pepperoni slices (don’t get the thick ones)
Some mozzarella cheese (put cheese closer to the Ctre)
Cut sheet into 6 slices – roll each out thinner so the middle of he dough cooks while in the oven
Once rolled out in the muffin tray in the oven at 425 for 15-20 mins
Side note: do we actually like the smell of roses?! 🤷🏽♀️😄

Harissa chickpeas w/ roasted carrots and with delish toppings! Get those veggies in 🥕
Prep the carrots
About 3-4 carrots sliced or shred
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt, to taste
Prep the #chickpeas:
1 can of chickpeas (drained)
3 tbsp harissa paste
Some olive oil
Salt and pepper
Put in oven at 400 for 20-30 mins until the chickpeas are crisp to your liking
The fun stuff – time to plate
1/2 cup greek yogurt, I’ve also done tzatziki
Add some feta, parsley
2 tbsp of tahini (add a little water if you want it thinner
Drizzle Chili-infused olive oil or just chilli flakes and olive oil
Enjoy!
