This venue has always been a symbol of the determination and resilience of New York’s aspiring musicians. Today, I am reaching out to each and every one of you, because it is at risk of closing down. I’m excited to share the #PreserveRockwood benefit concert series, starting on June 30th. It will be an incredible opportunity for all of us to come together and support this iconic independent venue and see some of our favorite artists including myself (June 30) Chris Thile and Michael Daves (July 1), Amy Helm (July 6), Isabel Hagen (July 10), Ingrid Michaelson (July 20), Elle King (July 31), The Lone Bellow (August 10), and more! 100% of the proceeds will go to towards Rockwood’s preservation! Rockwood Music Hall has provided a launching pad for countless successful musicians – now it’s our turn to give back.
