Bills has long been one of my favorite places in Tokyo for brunch, but the other day I had the chance to go for a hanami *dinner* tasting and try their new vegan dishes! 🌱
I was very impressed– every single dish was bursting with flavor, with each recipe clearly expertly curated with unique ingredients that leave you with a wonderfully luxurious taste. (I personally loved the butter bean purée – it’s very reminiscent of hummus!) 😋
They also have a new Cherry Blossom Gin cocktail and Cherry Blossom Soda to sip on while you enjoy their seasonal cherry blossom décor inside the restaurant! 🌸🌸 You can bask in the blossoms of spring over brunch or dinner there from March 1 – April 9. 😍🌸
Definitely go check out their fantastic vegan and non-vegan dishes and get a little hanami in while you’re at it! 😁🌸
