Soumya Seth Instagram – The truth is – I always tell my clients don’t fall in love with a house – just look at them rationally – understand pros and cons and then move forward and take informed decisions. When my clients fell in love with this beauty – I just knew no matter what I have to get it for them. My clients were willing to go over $800k it was just 1 day on the market. If I spent $1 more than I need to I would have felt so horrible. Honestly I am so grateful we didn’t have to pay anything close to that. And the condition of the house was so great -There is no doubt this was a steal of a deal from a very hot Virginia market that too on a Saturday!
