I never can or do say enough how much I appreciate my parents – mainly because they hate public displays of affection but I am their daughter and stubbornness is in the DNA as a result so .. Returning a vote for me in the general election is a vote for the redevelopment of whipps cross – for five years Tories have pledged the money but they still haven’t signed the contract that puts diggers in the ground. Day 25 and it’s time to talk electoral reform – and why we need not just a change to the voting system but a change to how voices are heard in the political process. Re electing me is voting for someone who will champion reform and the hearts and minds argument needed to make it happen.
Day 26 is all about why early years education matters – this government has almost broken our childcare system. Walthamstow if you return me to parliament I will keep fighting for the economic infrastructure investment we need to give every kid the best start in life.
