When your Saturday starts a bit like this.. solo venturing into a sunrise dance/swim/meditation/sauna session.. such a beautiful morning consciously connecting and dancing.. 5 minute cold water immersion at 8 degrees was so beautiful once you overcome the mental blocks, fear and the “what if’s” – your body starts relaxing, the water becomes warm and you start seeing the beauty in the present moment that your body and mind is fully immersed in.. gratitude sets in for the mental strength you possess and have access to control the most difficult of situations.. you feel powerful.. but yet grounded in the beauty of nature that mother earth gives us to cope, survive, recharge, refresh and rejuvenate.. and then, you let your hair down and you let your body go in a flow with music, the head stops working and your core starts vibing with the heart on a level inaccessible to the monkey brain.. you close your eyes and let your body choose to react and respond to every note and sound and feeling.. total freedom as I start smiling from ear to ear to be in this moment surrounded by people who love, for my health, for my body, for my heart, for the things that makes me happy… 💫💙🐙🐚🕺🪩🙏🎶🥳🍾🎊
