– is the most common question i get asked

Yes the Bengali genes 🧬 are there, but one cannot take it for granted & not care for maintenance.

🔸Good night’s sleep.
🔹Drinking lots of water.
🔸NEVER go to sleep with make up on. Never. Even if you’re dead tired or drunk or whatever. Not a dot of make up should be on ur face when you go to bed.
🔹Cleanser. Toner. Moisturiser. Sunscreen for AM & Night cream for PM.
🔸My personal opinion (one that i live by) – you don’t always have to wear make up. Let the skin breathe. Keeping it as natural as possible. Remember less is more.

Some extra TLC that i indulge in whenever i get the time-
•Facial once in 2 months
•Rubbing ice cube on face (whenever I remember😬)
•Fresh aloe vera
•Or some homemade face pack like the one above –
Multani mitti + rose water+ honey
(Face + Neck always!)
