Telma Monteiro Instagram – Yesterday I was honored by @europeanjudo with the award “The best of the best”! I’m really grateful to be part of EJU history and honored to be the most European Championships medalist ever. This European Championship marked 20 years from my first medal in 2004, with only 18 years old. 15 European Medals, 6 European Titles. I don’t even know what to say. Just time went fast maybe. Thank you everyone that helped me through the years, achieving every medal. My teammates, coaches, club, my friends and my family. I’m grateful for the memories we shared together. Nothing I could say would be ever enough to express all I feel… I’ll keep all in my heart forever ❤️🔥
