“Do you miss eating seafood while pregnant?” Well no, because I eat more of it than ever! Yes, even raw seafood. If you source good quality seafood, or go to reputable restaurants, then you have more chance of getting sick by eating melon than sushi. The 4th slide is mind-blowing 🤯

Yes, milk comes in a bag in Canada 🇨🇦😂 My entire childhood, we had milk in a bag in the fridge.
Party of 2 getting it done. Almost 7 months in. I was pretty stocked to get a mutton snapper as it’s not an easy fish to get. Can always count on @redtidespearfishing gear (and for the male wetsuit so I could fit in it 😂)! And @laurensarasua made an absolute feast with it 😍 So grateful that my daughter will have those incredible ladies as an example around her 😍 We caught, cleaned and cooked (and let the boys clean ha!). #fishing #spearfishing #catchcleancook #pregnancy #semidomesticated

One of the coolest underwater moment I ever experienced 🐬 The dolphins stayed with us for a good 45 minutes just playing around. The mommies and their babies kept swirling around me. I like to think they knew I was pregnant – but us humans like to make Disney stories in our heads so who knows ha 😁 #dolphins #underwaterphotography #ocean #freediving #snorkeling #animals

We are in Washington DC today with the @environmental_defense_fund and @csaquaculture to advocate the SEAfood Act in Congress. As the fastest-growing method of food production globally, aquaculture is undoubtedly here to stay. Although the United States is a leader in seafood sustainability, it has yet to fully embrace aquaculture. As the adoption of aquaculture becomes inevitable, it is crucial to ensure its implementation is safe and beneficial for the environment, public health, and economic security. With considerable misinformation surrounding aquaculture, it is time to clarify the facts for a more sustainable future. Let’s do this.
