Why am I SO excited about this Happy Meal box?! My brother @hector4k two year project is being featured!!! The Castle EARidecence was born on **HIS** workstation and now it’s on a Happy Meal! Eeeek! . Soooo Hector has been re-imagining things since I met him in 1984! No but really! Haha He continues to amaze me with his talent, his laser focused dedication to his craft, his thirst for learning new things, and the way his kid-like spirit always comes through in everything he does. The thing is, there’s SO much to it! . A little luck, a lot of hard work, so much resilience, an incredible amount of discipline, unwavering faith, and *this* – the sweetest, most thoughtful, and incredibly loving support system that goes beyond blood lines. . People often ask if I could have ever imagined my life like this and the answer is yes. Absolutely! I imagined it and dreamt about it and talked about it and wrote about it and shed many a tears for it along the way. That’s why I’m here. Because I trusted it was for me. . Did everything turn out exactly as I envisioned? Nope! Haha! But what’s made the journey so much easier and continues to brighten my light are sweet souls like Andres (& his parents!!) who support this exciting and very unpredictable adventure! I always say, “It takes a village” works for us adults too! 😂 I am soooo “lucky” to be surrounded by the BEST support system and its little things like this that bring me to tears because yes, I am indeed a lucky girl to have you all. . This trip revived me. I’m realigned with my purpose and the things I want to do and see before my Earthly journey is complete. I’m beyond thankful for @aracelis9606 for making my dream a new one of her own and coming with me on this epic adventure. Thank you @that_fit_mom for sharing your Beijing journey with us so we could be prepared for all – the – things. Because of you, we were able to share wet wipes with our fellow travelers in the bathrooms! 😅 Thank you @rinney327 for the shoe inspiration! You already know that glancing down and seeing your sweet gift on those steep stairs really did push me to go faster! @valeriestup you already know I wish you lived closer but your idea of re-doing our Marco Polos made getting ready for this feel like you were along the journey with me! Thank you @sunnid88 for my good luck Buddha, travel crystal and Road Runner gift card you got me waaay back last August! The custom insoles you insisted on made a *huge* difference! Thank you @smcalhoun19 for making sure mami and I had the correct converters and travel towels to stay charged, connected and dry on the trip! And of course, for supporting and scheduling things around my training all these months.
