Caption : The Jewish people are indigenous to the land of Israel. We are from here, and everyone feels it as soon as they get here. @therealdebramessing and @noatishby have been in Israel meeting with some of the most extraordinary people in the world. People whose lives have been destroyed following the October 7th attack by Hamas. But their stories reflect strength, optimism, resilience, courage, love, and positivity. We must all stand up for our right to exist. Am Yisrael Chai. Caption : The collective grief, the agony that comes with the news that Hersh and those five beautiful souls were executed ISIS style in the last two days is unbearable. After Rachel and John spoke to the world at the DNC, begging for their rescue, for their release, and two days ago, standing on the border of Gaza with a bullhorn screaming, “Hersh! Fight. Survive. We won’t give up.” And in the middle of negotiations. There is no moral equivalency. These are monsters, and every American should be grieving today, because Hersh did not have to die. The six of them did not have to die. And to all of you people who posted, “All Eyes on Rafah,” pressuring not to go into Rafah, which is where they were, is so painful. So, to all of you, “All Eyes on Rafah,”you did this. 🕯️ Ori Danino 🕯️ Carmel Gat 🕯️ Hersh Goldberg-Polin 🕯️ Alex Lobanov 🕯️ Almog Sarusi 🕯️ Eden Yerushalmi *Anyone who posts political comments will be blocked. #Day331#maytheirmemorybeablessing #wefailedyouterribly #amyisraelchaiLikes : 52551

Caption : Hen Mazzig, the incredible Israeli activist, speaker and author and I were invited to speak to college students from around the country who are combatting unimaginable anti-Semitism. These young men and women are on the front lines of their campuses, bravely leading the way for their community, standing strong in their right to have freedom of movement and access to their classes in the face of bigoted threats and mob intimidation. They wanted to know about what I witnessed and experienced in Israel. I was able to share the stories of the many survivors, and families of hostages I had the privilege of meeting. These students just want to learn. They just want a normal college experience where intellectual curiosity and meeting people from all over the world and recognizing what is shared, and learning from one another, is all they need to worry about. That is not their reality; so they are stepping up. Stay strong. You are the light. Keep spreading it. #college #university #antisemitism #leadersLikes : 51510

Caption : I flew ZIONIST Native American Tribes to NYC so we could have conversations on the streets about indigenous people rights… the Jewish homeland of Israel being one of them 🇮🇱 The results were shocking, with many even refusing to continue talking the second Jews were included in the dialog. A scary refusal to hear facts — but thankfully I had strong allyship to back me up 🤝 Today I’m thankful to be building bridges and finding shared meaning with Menches from different benches. I think this video is important to see, even though it’s hard to watch at times. Today of all days, please share the Jewish story with the world to remind people that Israel is our indigenous homeland. Send this this video to every Jew and none-Jew you know so it can become apart of the Turkey table conversation tonight and the entire holiday weekend. With antisemitism skyrocketing and Jew-violence at all time highs, we need our side of the story to be told now more than ever. Thankfully for us, it’s the truth ✡️ 🦃 Please follow my amazing friends @chief_joseph_riverwind and @laralynriverwind to learn more about their wonderful world and powerful words 🙏 #Thanksgiving #indigenous #indigenousrights #America #israel #native #nativeamerican #zionist #zionism #jews #jewish #antsemitism #nativeamericanday #palestine #oct7 #october7 #holyland #indiginouspeople #news #report #manonthestreet #gaza #thanksgivingparade #macysparade #macys #protestLikes : 43795
![Debra Messing - 42.9K Likes - I keep thinking about the 199 hostages.
My friend @noatishby organized for a group of us to tape posters of all the hostages in Times Square. Looking at their faces, 6 year old, 83 year old it became so real. People walking by would stop and spend some time with them. My heart hurts for the families of these innocents- Muslim, Christian, Jewish -all. The most important thing is the rescue of these hostages.
I am grateful that @POTUS’s trip has ensured that humanitarian aid will get to every person living Gaza by negotiating free passage from Egypt.
It’s hard to process that Hamas refused to take care of the Palestinians. Blocking aid from getting to them, blocking them from leaving. They could have opened passage into Gaza immediately. They chose not too. It illustrates the lack of humanity within Hamas’ cell. Of course, the Oct 7th terror attack was the most barbaric, blood thirsty massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. I pray that they are defeated. The entire globe will be safer.
Please pray for the hostages safe return and the defeat of Hamas. Pray for the physical safety of all the innocent Palestinians and Israelis who are suffering.
Pray for peace everywhere.
And a personal request that young, passionate, far left students leave the posters up. There are videos of these posters being ripped down. That does nothing but hurt the families who want us all to remember their loved ones, as they await news.
Pray for peace.
[we have since learned the grandmother in the poster I’m hanging is dead. As is her little granddaughter. May they rest in peace.]

Caption : A MESSAGE TO ALL THE JEWISH COLLEGE KIDS who were intimidated into leaving school because campus was no longer safe for Jews. To the kids who were bullied, harassed, assaulted, spat on, thrown down, blocked from entering the library or a class, for the kids who stood singing Hatikva -“The Hope”- with an Israeli flag and an American flag and were told Death to Zionists, Death to America, followed by both flags being stolen and set on fire. To the kids who had to endure jihadi screams of “There is only one solution, Intifada Revolution,” which refers to terrorists wearing suicide vests in cafes, buses, schools, anywhere large crowds of Israeli citizens could be, and were, murdered. Calls for that to be globalized. To the kids who were told they didn’t deserve to live, that their ancestral homeland was stolen land, that the beautiful democracy in the Middle East that has 2 million Arabs living free, with equal rights, serving on the Supreme Court and in the government, was an apartheid state. To the kids whose college administrations failed them. Who allowed Jews to be surrounded by masked “protestors” and pushed out of their campus, who prioritized placating students who were proudly breaking university rules, using hate speech that incited violence, breaking windows with hammers, vandalizing buildings that the took over, yelling “We love Hamas, we are Hamas,”defied orders to disband, cancelled classes, and graduations, instead of doing their job and making the students adhere to the rules and expelling them if they didn’t. They did nothing to ensure that campus and classes were available to all paying students without threats or harassment. To all the students who were excluded from taking classes, going to religious services, listening to guest speakers and forced to experience college virtually “for their own safety.” I see you. We all see you. And I’m so sorry. 🇮🇱✡️For any student experiencing harassment or intimidation or exclusion on campus these 2 mensches are doing pro bono work for us all. Ever since that barbaric, hateful day, I feel a deeper connection to my Judaism than I ever had. As a people, we are proud of our heritage and our resilience. With the explosion of Jew hate violence, I choose not to be afraid, but to proclaim-with this necklace- that I am a Jew, and I’m not going anywhere. What we’re witnessing on campuses and in our cities isn’t a grassroots movement but a highly orchestrated effort led by professional organizations like American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) and their brainchild organization Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP). Some of the individuals running these groups have previously worked for organizations linked to Hamas and terrorism, such as the Holyland Foundation, Kindhearts, and Islamic Association for Palestine. It’s time that AMP and SJP are investigated by the FBI and banned from college campuses everywhere. Many of you are asking for sources. Caption : Today is Yom HaShoah. Holocaust Remembrance Day. I can’t imagine a more important moment to remember and honor the 6 million Jewish lives lost. Rounded up, taken hostage, turned to ash. We, the generation whose grandparents survived the Holocaust, were reminded continually growing up, that 1/3 of all the Jews on the globe were exterminated, while good people stayed silent. We were told “Never again.” And we believed it. Oct 7 woke us all up to the reality that the ancient hatred of Jews is still alive with us. People deny this genocide happened. Which is a massacre of the soul. The last remaining Holocaust survivors, one of whom is in the terror tunnels in Gaza, wear their numbers on their arms, tell vivid stories of Auschwitz, Bergen-Belsen, Buchenwald and all the other death camps. They are living proof. They are walking miracles. They carry the memories and stories of all their (our) family members who were murdered because they were Jews. We must never stop sharing their stories. We must never erase, ignore, or diminish the worst atrocity in the history of the world. We must teach children the lived history. Bring them to a Holocaust Memorial Museum. There are 16 in the United States, and in 47 countries worldwide. Teach your children well. I have the honor of wearing a replica of the Star of David that Jackie Cohen’s grandmother Julia wore as she escaped the Nazis. I saw her wearing it and encouraged her to replicate this heirloom as a way for all of us to be able to carry the history with us. Thank you Jackie. And thank you for giving a donation from the proceeds of every sale to support the troops in Israel as they complete their mission of saving both Israelis and Palestinians from the terror of Hamas. May Hashem keep them safe, bring the hostages home safely, and end this devastating and unnecessary war. May we share the land in peace, and may this be an end to the hatred. To everyone who has lost someone in the Holocaust, may their memory be a blessing. Please share remembrances of your family in the comments.✡️ Any disrespectful comments will be deleted.Likes : 33503

Caption : Tuesday was historic. 350,000 Jews showed up in Washington DC to show support for Israel in their devastating war against the terrorist organization, Hamas; and to condemn the explosion of anti-Jew violence, rhetoric , and graffiti since the largest mass slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust. It was healing and empowering to be in community with my Jewish brothers and sisters, and to be a part of a peaceful rally. No signs or screaming words of hate against the Palestinian people. We, instead, recognized the terrible suffering of the innocent Palestinians. Members of Congress expressed their complete support of Israel’s right and duty to dismantle Hamas, which would make a long wished for peace, possible. We prayed for Hamas to release the hostages, which would result in an immediate cease fire. We sang the Israeli national anthem, Hatikvah, which means Hope. Thank you to every single person who made yesterday so very beautiful. And to those stranded at airports and bus depots because jew hating bus drivers refused to drive them to the rally, you were with us. #rallyforIsrael #washingtonDC #israel #Hamas #releasethehostages #solidarity #jewishpride #marchforisrael #marchagainstantisemitismLikes : 24962

A sleepover to remember! #washington #glamour #hotelLikes : 24398

Caption : I am so honored to be working with the celebrated documentarian @wsachs on PRIMAL FEAR. It is a documentary that explores the explosion of antisemitism in the aftermath of the October 7th massacre on college campuses, in social media, in the streets; the silence and denialism, the ignoring of the sexual assaults and mutilations inflicted by Hamas terrorists by feminist and human rights organizations. The film unpacks antisemitism to explain how it has shape-shifted over the millenia. Interviews will include jewish activists like @noatisby, @profgalloway , @ritchietorresny15 @kirstengillibrand , and @michaelrapaport among others. Storytelling-with facts-is powerful. It’s my hope that this film will help educate, activate, and heal everyone touched by this inflection point. That hearts can be opened, and all of our humanity can be celebrated. More to come… #documentary #antisemitism #socialmedia #college campuses #storytellingLikes : 23495

Caption : OOPS – now the video will work! I had the opportunity to embed with journalists and cross into Gaza to enter the enormous Hamas tunnel that was recently discovered. We entered at the border crossing used for Humanitarian assistance and for the 20,000 Palestinian people that enter Israel daily to go to work or for humanitarian support. We saw the hole in the gate through which the Hamas terrorists entered Israel 10/7. We walked down the crossing (where the hostages were released) and after about 20 minutes we came over a hill and there was this huge tunnel entrance. It was awe inspiring . I’ll do a post about the tunnel, soon. After we came out, we walked back to the border. We saw a fleet of tanks drive in a line toward us. @leekern13 had found beautiful yellow flowers and suggested we bring them to the soldiers. We did, and it was a wonderful interaction. What startled me, however, was how young the soldiers were. Babies. 18,19, 20 years old. Sweet young men. I thought “What are they doing here? Driving a huge metal whale? They should be home thinking about what they want to do with lives. Not here.” So many IDF soldiers have needlessly lost their lives defending their country from jihadists committed to driving all Jews into the Sea. But for 10/7, they would be alive. So many Palestinian civilians have needlessly lost their lives. But for 10/7 they would all still be alive. I am grateful to every IDF soldier who is committed to wiping out Hamas. I pray for their safety. I pray for peace. #gaza #idf #tunnel #israelLikes : 22477

While Israel is not a European country, like many other Eurovision participants such as Turkey and Morocco, to cut us from this contest is to exclude us from the global music industry, sewing further division and dehumanization of the Jewish state. Caption : So many thoughts…. Thursday we had the largest screening of our documentary @octoberh8te at the @streickercenter in NYC. Nearly 1000 people came to see our film that follows the explosion of anti semitism on college campuses after October 7th, and the explosion of extremism that threatens our Democracy. I am so proud of this film, and constantly humbled by the audience response. @wsachs our visionary director, along with one of the ‘stars’ of the film, young activist @tessaveksler who will no doubt be a vital voice for our community, spoke afterwards about our journey here. For those of you who have asked, exciting news about a theatrical release and streaming is coming very soon, so it will be accessible to everyone, which was always the goal. This has been a painful few weeks. Praying for our hostages to be released, waiting for names, waiting for names of those still alive, and being crushed by H#mas’s continuous psychological torture of making and breaking promises. I can only imagine the anguish this has been causing the hostages’ families and I pray for their strength and continued faith. We celebrate the release of 4 beautiful, brave, superhumanly strong young women who have been tortured and starved and abused for almost 16 months. The sick show they were forced to perform amidst 100s of screaming, masked, teiiorists, holding guns- the fake uniforms, the drug induced forced smiles and thank yous in Arabic, the gift bag and certificates, shows that they are Masters of propaganda. It was all required to see them back in the arms of their families. But oh how beautiful were those reunions. Karina, Naama, Lira, Daniella welcome home. Our film will ensure your stories are not forgotten. We pray for every remaining hostages return. Tomorrow is 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz. We have said “Never Again, Never Forget.” As we cherish the voices of the remaining Holocaust survivors, protecting their stories to be shared by our future ancestors, let us tell our stories now. Be brave, be proud, be unignorable, wear your Chai or your Magen David, make people see that we are not going anywhere and we are not afraid. 💙Likes : 20614

Caption : Last night, on the 7 month anniversary of Oct 7, @bringhomenow brought our community together for “Lights of Liberty,” to honor the hostages still held captive, and the survivors of that unimaginable hell. We heard from Liat Unger whose cousin Omer Shem Tov is still being held captive, Or Gat, brother to captive Carmel Gat, Moran Stella Yanai a released hostage who shared her experience inside the tunnels. It left us all speechless. This evening was about Hope. A commitment to bring all the hostages home. Jewish Activists gathered in brotherhood, always a comfort, and Ofir Akunis, Counsel-General of NY asserted his belief that they will succeed in saving the living hostages. We sang the National anthem and Hatikva, the Israel’s national anthem. And the evening ended with 500 drones flying over the Statue of Liberty asking the world not to forget the loved ones stolen. 7 months underground. In silence. In darkness. Tortured. Raped. But full of hope that they will be saved. We mustn’t let them down. The psychological torture knowing that Hamas could have released them at anytime in the past 7 months, and the war would be over, is unbearable. The horrifying death and destruction would stop. Immediately. And they chose not to. It’s evil. They don’t want peace. They have told us time and again. And they play with the world. Announcing they accepted a ceasefire deal that was not on the table. Ever. 33 hostages released became 18, and the rest dead hostages. Without telling the Israelis. Announcing to the world the news we all have been praying for, the war was ending, but, of course, it was a ploy. To make Israel look like it didn’t want a deal. While Ham@s has turned down every single deal offered over the 7 months. All to turn the world against Israel. And it has worked. My heart breaks for all the innocent Israeli and Palestinian civilians that have endured immeasurable pain and loss. I pray that Ham#s will be wiped out, because then everyone will be free of their sadistic terror. If they stay in power (like the Nazis) there will never be peace and safety. Caption : The Magical Max Alexander @couture.to.the.max a rising star in the fashion world, said he would make a coat for me after I commented on the spectacular one he made for @sharonstone . It turned into a beautiful project. When Max presented me with my coat (besides screaming in amazement) we talked about the importance of spreading love wherever we can. We decided to send my coat on a journey of kindness and raise money for an important cause. This coat will be auctioned off to support the work of @hmtcli at their annual tribute dinner on November 19th. HMTC is committed to fighting hate in all its forms. The money raised will go towards educational programs that help promote their mission of embracing tolerance and respect for every human being. Go to www.hmtcli.org for more information about the work they do to create a more inclusive and compassionate world for all. I’m so honored to be a part of this effort and love my new friend so much!Likes : 20369

Spending time with my beloveds, from all over the world, has momentarily lightened my heart, and I am so grateful. @camrynmanheim and I went to the @usopen and watched the Men’s Semifinals -Sinner vs Draper. It was extraordinary. Thank you @dobeltequila for having us and getting me drunk in the middle of the afternoon.😂Cam and I always laugh together, but we were maybe, a little bit giddier than usual! @seanhayes (my brother from another mother) and his better half, sorry Seanie, @scotticenogle were like a cozy warm blanket. We had the yummies dinner and as always it felt like we saw each other last week, even though they live in LA. And @robertvetica, My first and forever hair stylist who is my family, and lives in Italy. Brunch and heart talk. He always makes me remember to live in the moment and to live in gratitude. Thank you, dear ones, for loving me. All of me. #rideordie #friendsforever #luckyme #bringingthelight #camrynmanheim #seanhayes #robertveticaLikes : 20325
